The site does not answer client questions
If a visitor has to call to find out basic conditions, the site does not serve an informational function. We need a revision of the structure and content, and not just a new shell.
Separate service pages allow you to reveal the audience, process, result, limitations and answers to questions without overloading the main page.
The mobile version has become an obstacle
Small text, horizontal scrolling, jumping blocks and awkward forms directly interfere with requests. Modern design starts with a sustainable, adaptive system.
You need to check real devices and screen sizes, and not just a reduced developer window.
The platform creates risks
Abandoned plugins, unnecessary dependencies, unknown administrators, and an outdated version of PHP increase the risk of compromise. Sometimes it makes more sense to replace the CMS with a simpler architecture.
Before migration, a backup copy, URL inventory, and redirection plan are created. You cannot remove the old system before checking the new one.
The business has changed, but the website has not
New directions, different audiences or a changed sales process require a reassembly of the information architecture. Old pages may support incorrect positioning.
A redesign is a good time to agree on a common tone, metadata, analytics, and rules for future updates.
