What is included in technical SEO

Technical SEO makes a website accessible, understandable, and predictable to search engines. It doesn't replace a strong offer and content, but without it, good material may not be indexed as well.

Accessibility for crawling and indexing

Robots.txt, sitemap.xml, canonical, response codes, redirect chains and random indexing bans are checked. The 404 page should return the correct status on the server, not just show a pretty screen.

Service, duplicate and test pages should not be included in the search index.

Semantics and metadata

Each important page receives a unique title, description and H1 heading. The H2–H3 hierarchy helps divide material into logical blocks.

Open Graph is responsible for neatly displaying links in instant messengers, and Schema.org describes the organization, services, articles and navigation in a machine-readable format.

Speed and mobile version

Images are prepared in modern formats and have stable dimensions. CSS and JavaScript should not block the page unnecessarily. The interface is tested on small screens, keyboard navigation and slow connections.

Core Web Vitals are useful technical guidelines, but optimization should not compromise content or accessibility.

Post-launch control

After publication, real URLs, forms, analytics, sitemap and webmaster panels are checked. For redesign, redirects from old addresses and monitoring of 404 errors are especially important.

SEO is a process: the technical base supports the regular development of useful commercial and information pages.
